Resizeinfo: Current RESIZE_POPUP_WIDTH and RESIZE_POPUP_HEIGHT numbers are not ideal for text display of "XXXX x XXX"

Bug Description
Most windows will show a resizeinfo of (example): 1024 x 768
XXXX x XXX will be most common for windows, but our current popup dimensions do not fit.
For most windows the space between top/bottom edge and number, compared to left/right edges is too large and this does not look nice.
We should change the numbers to:
const unsigned short RESIZE_POPUP_WIDTH = 100;
const unsigned short RESIZE_POPUP_HEIGHT = 33;
