Bug Description

The EXPath http-client module depends on the HTML module. The HTML module correctly does not build if libtidy isn't found. However, FIND_PACKAGE(zorba_html_module) is succeeding anyway and setting zorba_html_module_FOUND to 1, causing the EXPath http-client module to be built (it doesn't work though since the HTML module and schema aren't available).
