ubiquity-dm crashed with TypeError in run(): Can't convert 'bool' object to str implicitly

confirmed in todays image using KVM http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/243/builds 20130218

This from last night, so we left it for the rebuild.

(23:34:34) phillw: hi good people I'm trying to replicate bug 1128597 Using my KVM system, it hangs as "Starting crash report submission daemon" . I can instruct it to shut down and then see if there are logs left. Anyone have any other suggestions?

  * While displaying question or error dialogs, only change the busy cursor
    state rather than also allowing changing step (LP: #1095684).
  * Use an action group when marking packages for install or delete in the
