Bug Description
1) Run an application
2) Lock it to the launcher
3) Click on the application quicklist entry "unlock from launcher"
Expected behavior
4) The application is unlocked from the launcher (i.e. it's quicklist says
to lock it again), but it's still shown on the launcher
Actual behavior:
4) The icon is removed from the launcher.
