Bug Description

I set out to fix the current pysvn FTBFS, and merged from Debian while I was at it.

I verified that the previous Ubuntu --as-needed patch is still needed (it is, otherwise the package builds but "import pysvn" fails after installation). And my additional python-multiarch-includes fixes the current FTBFS, which I've sent upstream.

  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1104078). Remaining changes:
    - debian/patches/02-fix-ld-shared.patch:
      + Fix linking with -lsvn* (LP: #1045021)
  * debian/patches/python-multiarch-include.patch: fix include paths for new
    multiarch include locations.
