print-manager spams .xsession-errors when cups is not running

There are a lot messages in /var/log/cups/access_log every 3-4 seconds "Renew-Subscription successful-ok" when kde-print-manager installed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just start KDE with installed kde-print-manager-0.2.0.

ensure print-manager is running in your plasma systray
sudo stop cups
check output of ~/.xsession-errors

The fix for this bug has been awaiting testing feedback in the -proposed repository for quantal for more than 90 days. Please test this fix and update the bug appropriately with the results. In the event that the fix for this bug is still not verified 15 days from now, the package will be removed from the -proposed repository.

This SRU has remained unverified after 325 days in the -proposed queue. I've removed it now from quantal-proposed and am marking this bug 'wontfix'.
