Bug Description

When dialling an extremely long number, should place a digit restriction on the number of digits it can accept on entry point in the dialer.

Design recommends up to 20 digits, which should include the international call with area code.

Gustavo, bug description has been updated with design input. However, worth checking with Tony to see if our recommendation is ok.

I hate to stir up an old bug, but as some user feedback Wind Mobile in Canada uses prepaid vouchers which depend on the ability to enter 25 digits. (By the way, what's the motivation behind this digit limitation? It confused the tech I was working with since it was the first time he's seen such a restriction.)

There shouldn't be any restriction on how many digits user can input into the Dialer.
Prepaid vouchers and other use cases require in many cases more than 20 digits.
