Bug Description

the pbinary package depends on netstat, which does not exist. This should depend on net-tools instead.

[Impact]
The package currently lists as a dependency a binary that doesn't exists. This is netstat. However, this should depend on net-tools. This causes the package to be uninstallable.

[Test Case]
1. install openstack-resource-agents.
2. It will fail to install due to netstat dependency, which doesn't exists.
3. With the fix, it will install correctly.

[Regression Potental]
None, this actually depends on the package which is required.

Accepted openstack-resource-agents into quantal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openstack-resource-agents/2012.2~f3-1ubuntu1.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

The verification of this Stable Release Update has completed successfully and the package has now been released to -updates. Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report. FYI: normal 7 day SRU "baking" time was waived because the package was completely uninstallable.
