Bug Description

This bug represents the need for a simple compile/link/run test for libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev.

The attached patch introduces such test, it builds a tiny application using libgdk-pixbuf and checks if it runs successfully.

I verified that this test works in a VM. This just needs adding a changelog.
