Bug Description

After a successful webapp package installation, an error occurs in the background page: "invalid object 'repo'" that blocks the expected flow and forces the user to refresh to see the integration.

To validate:

- go to a website for which a WebApp application exists,
- click 'yes' when asked to install,
- wait a bit to see the WebApp installed

Expected result: WebApp integrated and activated,
