Bug Description

Got this error installing maas 0.1+bzr1134+dfsg-0+1136+113~ppa0~quantal1 with apt-get install maas maas-dhcp maas-dns

<matsubara> Setting up maas-dns (0.1+bzr1134+dfsg-0+1136+113~ppa0~quantal1) ...
<matsubara> chown: invalid user: `maas:root'
<matsubara> dpkg: error processing maas-dns (--configure):
<matsubara> subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
<roaksoax> matsubara: yeah, the user/group for maas have not yet being created
<roaksoax> matsubara: that mensa that either maas-cluster-controller or maas-region-cotroller installed before
