Bug Description

/etc/init/squid-deb-proxy.conf creates the file /etc/squid-deb-proxy/autogenerated/pkg-blacklist-regexp.acl by copying the contents of pkg-blacklist.d/10-default.

However, 10-default only contains comments so pkg-blacklist-regexp.acl is empty.

I believe this ultimately results in emails from logrotate like this:

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
2012/09/20 06:25:38| Warning: empty ACL: acl blockedpkgs urlpath_regex "/etc/squid-deb-proxy/autogenerated/pkg-blacklist-regexp.acl"
2012/09/20 06:25:38| WARNING: (B) '::/0' is a subnetwork of (A) '::/0'
2012/09/20 06:25:38| WARNING: because of this '::/0' is ignored to keep splay tree searching predictable
2012/09/20 06:25:38| WARNING: You should probably remove '::/0' from the ACL named 'all'
