Week 38 - Same issue observed on Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal with ppa:unity-team/staging

Test case ID - Can 28 - UNITY_Drag icons to trash

Issue: Unity crashes when a launcher icon is moved to trash.

Additional info: - 1st time when a launcher icon is moved to trash, unity crashes and recovers within few seconds(Observe after step 4).
If a 2nd launcher icon is moved to trash, unity crashes and fails to recover and one has to restart machine to fix this.(Observe after step 5).

Action:
1- Move mouse pointer over an application or device icon on launcher
2- Hold mouse button until icon is attached to the mouse pointer
3- Drag the icon towards the trash icon
4- Release the mouse button to drop the icon to trash
==> Observe
5- Repeat the above steps for a second time
==>Observe

This bug was fixed in the package nux - 3.6.0-0ubuntu1

---------------
nux (3.6.0-0ubuntu1) quantal-proposed; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
    - Partial fix to compiler warnings (LP: #1032313)
    - InputArea: remove the pending grabs on destroy (it could cause crash
      otherwise)
    - WindowCompostior: use ObjectWeakPtr to handle focus and mouse areas
      (LP: #1045059)
    - Introduced "Redirected Views" in Nux. Redirected views allows a view
      to be rendered inside its own texture and that texture is latter
      composited inside the main rendering. (LP: #1049593)
    - Added a method to WindowCompositor RestoreMainFramebuffer which
      either restores the reference framebuffer or binds us to the backbuffer
      depending on what is available (LP: #1036521) (LP: #1036572)
