blueman does not depend on gnome-icon-theme

Bug Description

i'm using lxde
the package gnome-icon-theme is not installed by default

here's the error

 File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/blueman/Functions.py", line 183, in get_icon
    icon = ic.load_icon("gtk-missing-image", size, 0)
glib.GError: Icon 'gtk-missing-image' not present in theme

to fix it just do
"sudo apt-get install gnome-icon-theme"

I install blueman_1.23+update1-1ubuntu1_amd64.deb on Kubuntu 13.04, but it isn't solve the problem, I got this error again.
gnome-icon-theme package is installed, and I see files:
$ locate gtk-missing-image
/usr/share/icons/Humanity/status/16/gtk-missing-image.svg
/usr/share/icons/Humanity/status/22/gtk-missing-image.svg
/usr/share/icons/Humanity/status/24/gtk-missing-image.svg

Where can be the problem?

Problem solved for me after going to System Settings - Application Appearance - GTK and changing Icon Themes - Fallback theme to GNOME (default was be Oxygen).
