[cmake] can produce broken changelog

Bug Description

Trying to run pkgme on https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/apps/516/ I get the following:

ERROR: debuild --no-lintian -S failed with returncode 29. Output:

Not quite sure where the error lies.
