Bug Description

I maybe a bit shacky when it comes to perl but in the perl modules (GCC.pm and Utils.pm) say the are part of the LixBuild package though ligcc says they are part of the LiBuild package. I discovered this when I went to go install the listaller RPM package I built and it told me that it had unresolved depencencies for perl(LiBuild::GCC) and perl(LiBuild::Utils).

Fixed in master. A patch is attached which will resolve this issue.
