Bug Description

GNOME Microrelease Update

[Impact]
  -floating toolbar not working
-Take picture button in image change doesn't work.

[Development Fix]
  - The Quantal version has these patches in it 3.5.1. No regressions found while testing that version.

[Stable Fix]
  - Both these patches were included in a micro release from empathy, there are no major changes, just small usability imporvements.

[Test Case]
  - micro release fixes.

[Regression Potential]
  - There is no forseen regression potential. Both fixes were broken UI elements that were caught after release and fixed.

Hello! This bug is attached to an upload in the queue for precise-proposed. However, it does not contain the requisite fields for the SRU team to process the upload. Please add them per the process outlined here. To be more succinct, make sure the bug description lists these fields: "Impact, Dev Fix, Stable Fix, Regression Potential, Test case".

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates#Procedure

The upload will likely not be looked at by the SRU team until these fields are present.

Thank you!

This looks ok to me. The GNOME micro-release exception is a long-standing tradition that's not actually documented anywhere; Seb's going to raise that with the TB. I won't pre-empt that discussion by uploading this now, but once it's cleared up, this is easy to approve.

Hello Brian, or anyone else affected,

Accepted empathy into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!

Hi, I'd love to test for you all but I honestly don't know a) what the floating toolbar is, and b) where I can take a pic via webcam to change picture.

Could someone let me know so I can test? Thanks.
