The next version of the Telescope Control plug-in, including support for ASCOM (on Windows) and INDI.

At the moment, some rudimentary support for ASCOM has been implemented. Basic INDI client support with a control panel window has been added, along with some rudimentary functions for running INDI drivers on a local instance of indiserver. Still needs a lot of work and polish.
