* nested KVM on top of LXC container's libvirt did not work on some
  intel machine, adding VT-x and AMD-V flags explicitly to improve the
  situation. other flags would be needed to optimize it more.
* disable nested proxy for now. it causes some cranky behavior. needs
  to be fixed with better squid settings.

regarding serial output, I can save it as a file with "--serial
file,path=FILENAME" with virt-install and "console=tty0
console=ttyS1,9600" in maas kernel parameter. however I could not find
it helpful for me.

drop --force-swap feature since newer curtin creates swapfile by default

point to ppa:maas-maintainers/experimental since /stable has abandoned
version, /testing creates broken /etc/network/interfaces. /experimental
is also broken to setup communication between region and cluster
controller though.
