* nested KVM on top of LXC container's libvirt did not work on some
  intel machine, adding VT-x and AMD-V flags explicitly to improve the
  situation. other flags would be needed to optimize it more.
* disable nested proxy for now. it causes some cranky behavior. needs
  to be fixed with better squid settings.
