Merge lp:~roadmr/cdts/packaging-min-plainbox-version into lp:~checkbox-ihv-ng/cdts/ppa-packaging-cdts

Requires plainbox 0.3+bzr2359 or greater to get a critical bug fix, so that driver-testing doesn't just take any old plainbox version lying around (which can cause pain later).

      This is hopefully a temporary kludge, we should at least do plainbox
      point-releases with this kind of fixes so our dependencies can look sane.
