daily-cleanp: Add missing EBS AMI types
In some places we are missing cleanup of ebs-io1 and ebs-ssd. This
no doubt has happened once and propagated via the copy-paste virus.
These lines have been added.Also, there was a remaining line related to utopic which was excised.

daily-cleaner: remove non-existent storage types
r638 in lp:ubuntu-on-ec2/ubuntu-on-ec2/ec2-publishing-scripts removed
ebs-standard and ebs-io1 AMI publication for xenial and later.
This patch removes regex lines related to those AMI storage types as

Add missing PV instance-store patterns (wily, xenial, & yakkety)
r670 added wily but missed the PV instance-store regex, this was copied
forward to future releases. This patch adds the missing patterns for
