Nicolas DS OpenObject server branch
branch that contains all my modifications, this branch will be kept in sync with official trunk (6.0)

All my modifications till now (see blue print):
- Equal2equal: Many2many relation on the same field
- Resource Link: Link any openobject object to any other one. (a super many2many)
- Custom icon with model: Allow to set a icon with model server sided
- Import file in binary field: Import physical binary file directly from a module.
- Fix: Using position="after" in inherited view adds the fields in reverse order
