Simplyfy new examples, remove the metadata section with test author, fix the
shebang to refer to lava-test-inline. Fix the wifi test

Add Artifacts.set_return_code() that adds the exit status to the initial
bundle. This will allow tests not to fail if the command returns a non-zero
status, instead the failure will be on a special 'lava_return_code' test case.
