Abrek rewrite

 * Use lava-test, reimplement 'list', 'install', 'uninstall', 'run' and
   'version' commands. Rest to follow shortly.
 * Rethink, redesign and reimplement how tests should be wrapped. Document
   the interface extensively (both in docstrings and in ReST docs)
 * Introduce TestArtefacts class to represent test-wrapper agnostic
   representation of test run artefacts
 * Fix all pep8 and pyflakes issues
 * Redesign module-level API, deprecate the old abrek package and introduce lava_test package.
 * Provide backwards-compatible abrek package
 * Make our test runner store standard error stream
