plainbox:units:job: add qml_file field

This patch adds a new field to job units, qml_file, which can be
spefified on the 'qml' plugin type. The field is always implicitly
relative to the provider's data directory and must point to a QML file.

plainbox:units:job: don't allow qml to use commands

This patch ensures that the 'command' field cannot be defined on the
'qml' plugin type. This allows us to ensure that we can run a special
command 'qml' tests when running from headless test clients, such as
checkbox-ng or plainbox itself.

plainbox:units:job: add qml plugin type

This patch adds a new plugin type 'qml' that will be used for native QML
test jobs. Such jobs will not rely on a test command but instead will
require applications to load a QML component into a test shell (either
the application itself or a stadalone test shell) that exposes
appropriate APIs for test developers.

Test developers can implement any desired logic in the QML (and
typically javascript), having access to many platform APIs, and then
report back to the test shell with the outcome of the test.
