The DashContent failure occurs in tests/qmltests/Dash/tst_DashContent.qml:652

The other failing test can be run like this:
$ make xvfbtestPreviewIconActions

If you wanna see them on the screen use "make testFoo" instead of "make xvfbtestFoo"
