Release URIMapper/URLResolver when there is a compilation error. Fixes
"URIs remain in string pool" error.

Fixes a memory smash when using URI mappers or URL resolvers with XQXQ,
caused by deleting the XQXQURLResolver/XQXQURIMapper during
PrepareMainModuleFunction::evaluate() rather than deferring deletion until
the query is completed. Includes new test case that used to segfault and
now passes.
