Change: Replacing `rtcwake` with `systemctl suspend` in suspend stress test

    1. Using `systemctl suspend` in suspend stress test to suspend the system properly
    2. `systemctl suspend` stress test now only available in limerick-provider, stop using suspend stress tests from p-p-c
