This branch tries to port the training modules improved in brach lp:~openobject-training/+junk/addons-training (that only works with its tuned OpenERP server) to the stable OpenERP server. I will include several fixes reported in this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/+bug/493821

[IMP] Added a category to module definition: 'Enterprise Specific Modules/Training'
[IMP] New field format_id placed in tree views, required and select attributes moved from views to model
[FIX] presence reports error when the seance has not any course (for example if you install training_exam)
Wizard 'Create subscription' from a seance:
  [IMP] Compute default seances value in the wizard form
  [FIX] Warns if you have selected a partner that has no address
  [FIX] Warns if the offer has not a product, so it is not possible to compute the price.
