Merge lp:~zhenqiang-chen/gcc-linaro/split2 into lp:gcc-linaro/4.7

[Zhenqiang Chen]

The patch enhances the "later split symrefs" patch to split symrefs at split2 (after reload). This merge request is to collect benchmark data.
