Make sure cmake project works out of the Box in the SDK
- Rename apparmor file to sudoku.apparmor (editor support)
- Removed user file from the repository
- Enabled click mode per default
- Disable click mode in debian packaging
- Add UBUNTU_MANIFEST_PATH so QtCreator can find the manifest file
