Merge lp:~zeitgeist/zeitgeist/autoload-extensions

 * All extensions are now automatically loaded from the extensions directory

 * We install a zeitgeist-daemon.pc file that extensions developers can use to develop extensions out-of-tree

 * Add a delete_event_hook method you can override in the Extension class to get notified of the event ids each time some events are deleted. The method delete_event_hook() takes a list of event ids
