Further fix to forall that actually works. Unit test was not actually running the for loop because the regex format had changed when I moved to fnmatch. Should work fine now.

Removed a book.clean that was removing the TOC and other lists. Switched to emacs colors to fuck with people.

Added more targets to book.vel for distributing the book to the website and for breaking out the viewing of the pdf from the generation of it. Now that vellum has a --watch option I don't need it to automatically evince the pdf.

More work on the manual with better literate programming style description of the source in appendix A, including a nice walk through the design and a good walk through the grammar.
