Add Http1::Tokenzer class

... for tokenizing HTTP/1.x lexical symbols. Inherits from the protocol
agnostic ::Parser::Tokenizer base class.

Provdes quoted-string and (token / quoted-string) parsing methods with
HTTP/1.0 and HTTP/1.1 compliant character sets and \-escaping support.
