doc versioning: fix backing-up of the file, reading back its contents

Three issues fixed:
 1. In realstore, the file is open(..,'wb')ed, meaning that it would
    truncate before we make the copy.
 2. 'datas' column inherited from ir.attachment would still use its
     own _data_get, _data_set. Override them properly.
 3. ir.attachment deliberately won't write file_size. Put that back.
