I have now started a supported-kiosk structure in ubuntu.artful to "rescue" packages required for mir/kiosk/etc.

seb128 asked me to comment here. The security team would like click-apparmor and apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu to be removed from the archive. They get pulled in because click Recommends click-apparmor. We talked to cjwatson and he is fine for click to be removed when unity8 is, but noted:

click is only in the ubuntu-touch.artful/touch-core seed it seems, but whenever you perform the removals, can you please remove click, click-apparmor and easyprof-ubuntu?

See LP: #1695928, removing UOA. Depending on how far you go with the removals, it ends up removing Unity8.

Current list of filed removals are here https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?field.tag=u8rm please confirm these are ready to go. Specifically, there is no clear indication if oxide & click should be removed, or not.
