Revert the previous change as we anyway would have to hack around ubuntu-base - so it's safer to just hack it in request-rebuilds instead. We'd need to calmly sit down one time and just try to clean up the ubuntu-base definition, maybe just simply letting it publish to daily-live/ as other images of this type.

Experimentally, switch ubuntu-base to daily-live as that's how it's supposed to be built as. This should fix rebuilding base images via the tracker. This could be of course more safely hacked into rebuild-requests, but we first want to see if fixing it up here will just do the right thing.
