boot-amd64: Instead of hardcoding generic, refer to the kernel flavour in use

Ubuntu Studio uses the lowlatency flavour. This needs to be called
/casper/vmlinuz. Without this fix, we were renaming it to vmlinuz-lowlatency,
and it couldn't be found.
