Well, the one in use by plymouth since 2010 upload to natty
0.8.2-2ubuntu8. For reference the correct dark aubergine color is
specified at https://design.ubuntu.com/brand/colour-palette/

Switch ubuntu to only `Start` in maybe-ubiquity mode, in gfx & grub boot.

Lower the size limit for DVDs to 4482MiB instead of 4600MiB.

The latter is oversized, and in practice this only matters for the source
DVDs anyway which are a set so it's more important to have the individual
ISOs fit on physical media than it is to fit as much as possible into an
image.
