Add code to disable kde services in Ubuntu Studio

This adds identical code to that of Kubuntu so that Ubuntu Studio
is not affected by the same live session issues that have affected
it historically that have not affected Kubuntu, such as the screen
locking (which is not unlockable without a password even if the
password is blank). Also disables kwallet and baloo indexer for the
live session.
