Description of the change

We need kdb for kexi (see https://paste.ubuntu.com/23600658/) so I've mirrored the upstream repository, created the kubuntu_unstable branch, and made the webhook for KCI (https://code.launchpad.net/~kubuntu-packagers/kubuntu-packaging/+git/kdb) and now need to add it to the KCI projects.
