Don't specify the reactor for Py3k Travis tests

The way Twisted gets installed there makes it fail when explicitly specifying
the reactor, so just run with the default.

Use a class decorator to implementing a Zope interface

Using a standalone function does not work in Python 3 and class decorators are
available since Python 2.6, which is the oldest version we're targetting now.

Use list comprehension instead of the builtin map() function

This makes sure we get back a list both on Python 2 and 3.
