Fix missing rosunit results in Python 3 (#244)

* rosunit: flush stream after writing

Prevent intermittent issues with empty results file in Python 3.

Typical usage of this method by rostest never explicitly closes the file descriptor. By explicitly flushing we guarantee that data from this test is written before we return, barring exceptions.
