Update: The file dutch.lua updated according to issue 264. (Thanks dutch translators!) If any name is incorrectly spelled, don't hesitate to write the correct spelling somewhere.
Change: renamed chinese.lua to simplified_chinese.lua

Fix: Small typo in swedish translation.
Fix: Create config.path.txt from the windows installer so that the game does as the user specified at install time.
Fix: Don't show "Not all files could be removed" when uninstalling if they were actually removed.
Update: Added "savegames" to the windows installer config template.

The gamelog is now dumped to the same directory as the config file. This avoids a nasty error which could error when reporting an error if the current working directory was not writable (thanks to Beorn for pointing this out).
