Renamed the Readme and Licence files to the correct
gnome naming. Also, added some more installation files
to the /openshot/install/ folder, including a new
.desktop file (used in the .deb installer).

Applied a patch for the Export Video screen, to prevent
the project folder changing when the project type is
changed.

Added some code to support .DEB file installation. Including a
custom Python-based postinst file, and a bash script to start
openshot (i.e. from the /usr/local/bin). These files will be
used by the .DEB installer.

Fixed a bug related to removing files from the project
tree that had clips on the timeline. Now when a user
removes a file, it also removes any related clips from
the timeline.

Fixed a long standing bug which prevented a clip from correctly
dropping on the timeline (if your mouse was no longer over the
timeline). For example, you grab a new video and drag it over
the timeline, but before releasing your mouse, you move your
mouse off of the canvas. It would leave the clip half way on
a track, and break lots of other stuff. Anyway... it's fixed now.

Bumping version to 0.9.2

Improved the IN and OUT textboxes to support up to
9999 seconds (2.7 hours).

Also fixed the Height / Width textboxes to support
between 1 to 300.
