If I understant it properly, animation wraps if time is exceeded. Here I attempted to prevent re-starting it. First attempt is to prohibit it for 'fallin' animation only, so no additional entry in conf files.
Only trees can 'fall' AFAIK
If you are familiar with C++ internals please comment
so far - I have left some printfs for debugging purposes
