- Added Favourite support
  - Favorited tweet will have heart symbox at front (not tested)
  - Favorite timeline
- Added unfollow button with confirm() (not tested)
- Bug fixed: sizzle.js will now load in mentions timeline.
- DSTwitt now loads 20 tweets by default but soft-limited
  to display 10 tweets. (can be configured in conf.php)
- conf.php new options
  - blockedclients: Do not display tweets from these clients
                    client name will be strip_tags-ed before matching
  - hideuser: Do not display tweets from these display_name
  - display: Tweet to display per page

  The >>> will display at the lastest update that present
  in both current update and the last update (in the cache file)

Final touch: from testing seems that 10 tweets is the best amount.

Note that the new DSTwit now use more screen estate than old one and
slightly slower by JavaScripts
