Corrected dashboards endpoint name

During commit 8a29f86, the merge if the dashboard migration, the
endpoint was renamed from 'grafana' to 'dashboards'. This commit fixes the
reactve flags to trigger off of the updated endpoint name.

Normalize grafana-dashboard endpoint

 * grafana-dashboard interface now has a "dashboards" endpoint name
 (same as charm-grafana and other providers like
