Got vmtest framework into usable state
- Any image can be used that can be located using sstream-query
- Currently, emulation can only be used with same architecture as host, but
that can be resolved

New setup and teardown for vmtest. Instead of examining disk after
installation, try to boot the installed system, giving up if it takes too long.
Cloud-init on the installed system writes the data we need into a image that we
then mount and examine. This way we can interact with the installed system and
